To the best of my knowledge there are no ELO ratings for coffee, but Starbucks Casi Cielo is the unofficial coffee of this website. There are a handful of coffee review websites that use either the one to five star scale or the zero to one hundred scale. Those ratings are subjective unlike the ELO ratings which are rigorously objective.
With a tip to the appelation affinity of the single-origin Guatemalan bean varietal, I subjectively selected Casi Cielo as the unofficial coffee of CIELO Ratings. The seasonally-available Arabica coffee has a strong full-bodied flavor with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
