Ben Rhodes completes the 2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series as the top ELO-rated driver. Rhodes’s CIELO Rating rose to 1901 after winning the Craftsman Playoffs on Friday night at Phoenix Raceway where Rhodes finished fifth in the CRAFTSMAN 150.
After the season-ending race, the only active driver rated above Kyle Busch on the active driver’s list of the truck series is Ben Rhodes.
