The Story
Cielo Ratings is a work in progress to extend the ELO rating system methodology for calculating the relative skill/success of racers.
The Team
Stuart Slagle
Curator/Creator of the Cielo Ratings
Stuart is a horse racing official at multiple American racecourses including Fair Grounds where he is their stakes coordinator. Stuart pursues this endeavor when not engaged with his primary employment, thus the progress of this website will come in “fits and starts” depending on weekends and holidays.
